Swedish
Swedish massage is the most common form of massage offered. It incorporates long, gliding strokes with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, ease muscle aches and improve flexibility.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage with more intense pressure aimed at the deeper tissue structures. It also has a focus on releasing chronic muscle tension not relieved by Swedish massage.

Pre-Natal
Please see us for detailed information. Benefits include: reduced swelling, increased relaxation, improvement of nerve and joint pain, better sleep and hormone regulation.

Aromatherapy
Essential oils provide a wealth of benefits including: relaxation, muscle tension relief, immunity, hormone regulation, energy, digestion, skin tone and inflammation.
