~This place was recommended to me by a friend. They have a really relaxing atmosphere and outstanding facilities. The staff was friendly and never pushy. The message therapist was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I walked out of Body Balance that day more relaxed than ever with none of the usual tensions I get in my lower back and neck.
